Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 containing provisions on the protection of personal data, we inform you that your personal data, registered through this section, will be treated as set out below.
Purpose of the treatment
The data you entered in this section will be processed to provide an answer to your request and to accept the suggestions you have proposed, as well as for commercial purposes.

For the aforementioned purposes, your data may be communicated and disseminated to managers and / or agents internal and external to the King. Ma. Plast Srl and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
Data retention
The personal data you provide will be stored within our IT systems for the time strictly necessary for the pursuit of the purposes.
Rights of the interested party
We inform you that as an interested party in the processing of personal data, you have the right pursuant to art. 15 of EU Regulation 2016/679 to obtain confirmation from the data controller that personal data concerning him or her is being processed and in this case, to obtain access to personal data and information regarding the processing. Furthermore, the interested party may exercise the rights set out in articles from 16 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 listed below:

Identifying details of the owner
The Data Controller, identified in the person of the owner and legal representative of Re. Ma. Plast S.r.l. with registered office in Viale delle Filande sn-Zona Ind.le lot 45- 84087 Sarno (Sa), guarantees the security, confidentiality and protection of which they are in possession, at any stage of their treatment process.
